Our People - Paul Atkinson
Team Works is led by founder and head facilitator Paul Atkinson. Paul has extensive experience leading group facilitation, L&D programme design and team events.
He is responsible for maintaining the content of the Team Works products and is also highly adapt at creating bespoke learning and development activities for individual clients. Paul has delivered workshops and programmes across the world for global organisations and also remained focused on the growth and brand of Team Works itself.
Paul began his coaching journey at the age of 19 when he trained as a ski instructor and race coach. He went on to achieve the full ISIA international qualification and teach for several years in both the northern and southern hemispheres. Paul is still a passionate alpinist and enjoys ski touring in the Swiss mountains.
Prior to starting Team Works GmbH, Paul ran incentive programs for computer giant IBM and then in 2001 became a director of UK training and business events company, EML. Here, he helped grow the business to reach over £1 million turnover by 2006, with the company running over 300 events per year.

Paul is an BA Economics graduate from Loughborough University in England. He is also a certified practitioner of Myers Briggs, NLP, Belbin Team Roles and TKI.
